2 1/2 cups powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 stick butter (6 Tbs), softened
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 – 3 Tbs half & half
1. In medium size bowl, mix together powder sugar, vanilla, butter and cream cheese.
2. Gradually add half & half to mixture until there is a rich, smooth consistency. 3. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or until needed.
◊ If you don’t have any half & half at home don’t worry. Half & half can be substituted with milk for this recipe.
