Breaded – the breading probably contains gluten
Fried – possible cross-contamination with gluten foods
Stews and Soups – many contain gluten for thickening
Gravies – usually contain gluten
Creamy Sauces – many add gluten for thickening
Special Sauces – ask server about the ingredients
Seasonings- some include gluten
